🌟 Universal Base Recipe for All Soaps

This is the foundation - you'll add specific ingredients to this base for each soap type

Base Oils (Total 1000g):

Coconut Oil - 300g (30%)
Olive Oil - 250g (25%)
Palm Oil - 200g (20%)
Castor Oil - 150g (15%)
Sweet Almond Oil - 100g (10%)

Lye Solution:

Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH/Lye) - 145g
Distilled Water - 380g (or replace with herbal tea, milk, or sacred water)

Universal Method:

Prepare your workspace with all safety equipment
Measure all oils and melt solid oils in a stainless steel pot at low heat
In a well-ventilated area, slowly add lye to cold distilled water (NEVER reverse this!), stirring gently. Temperature will rise to 200°F
Allow lye solution to cool to 110-120°F
Heat oils to 110-120°F
When both solutions reach same temperature, slowly pour lye solution into oils
Blend with stick blender until trace (pudding-like consistency)
Add specific ingredients for your soap type (see recipes below)
Chant appropriate mantras while mixing (minimum 108 times)
Pour into silicone molds
Cover with plastic wrap and towel, let sit 24-48 hours
Unmold and cut into bars
Cure in a cool, dry place for 4-6 weeks, turning weekly
