The Method
The full chart is built from a single letter-value table and six simple additions.

- Expressive Self — convert every letter of the full birth name to its number and add them all together.
- Soul Urge — add only the values of the vowels (A, E, I, O, U, and Y).
- Latent Self — add only the values of the consonants.
- Double check — Soul Urge + Latent Self should reduce to the same single digit as the Expressive Self. If it doesn't, re-check the letter values.
- Life Path — reduce the birth month, day, and year separately, add the three results together, then reduce that sum to a single digit (or a master number, 11 or 22).
- Essence — add the reduced Life Path to the reduced Expressive Self, then reduce once more.
- Karmic Lessons — list any digits 1–9 that are entirely absent from the letters of the birth name.
